DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • All domestic orders over $50 get free standard shipping!
  • All domestic orders under $50 get shipped for just $5.
  • Priority USPS shipping is available for a flat fee of $16.
  • All items will ship out Monday through Friday (with the exception of holidays), within 72 hours of an order being placed. (However, we know how eager you are to receive your order, so we ship next day or even same day whenever possible.)   
  • Standard shipping will be via USPS or UPS.
  • Once the item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.  
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for arrival.
  • Once the package leaves our hands we have no control over the shipping and delivery.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office if a package is missing and tracking states that it was delivered. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is currently experiencing disruptions related to the COVID-19 outbreak. While we will continue to offer international shipping according to the below terms, we expect significant delays when shipping internationally. Additionally, we have been made aware that some countries may not be processing shipments through customs. Please check your country's inbound shipping rules and status prior to making a purchase with us. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • International shipping is offered using USPS First Class International.
  • Customers are responsible for all customs and related fees.
  • All items will ship out Monday through Friday (with the exception of holidays) within 72 hours of an order being placed.  
  • Shipping times vary based on destination. We regret that we cannot provide shipping time estimates right now due to COVID-19. Expect delays.
  • If you are in one of the 46 countries that are part of the USPS E-DELCON International Tracking Program, you will receive a tracking number. Please note that while this should provide store-to-door tracking, some postal services do not update tracking regularly.
  • Once the package leaves our hands we have no control over the shipping and delivery.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office if a package is missing and tracking states that it was delivered.  

RETURNS

  • Please email us at info@belleanouveau.com if you would like to make a return. We are happy to work with you, but we cannot accept returns without prior approval.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in sellable condition, with no strong smells, stains, or other damage. All tags must be attached in their original manner. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
  • Items must be approved and postmarked for return within 14 days of delivery, no exceptions.
  • We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on all returned items.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be processed in 2-3 business days of receipt of the returned item.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days following processing for the refund to show up in your account.
