Shipping & Returns
- All domestic orders over $75 get free standard shipping!
- All domestic orders $74.99 and under get shipped for just $6.
- Priority USPS shipping is available for a flat fee of $16.
- All items will ship out Monday through Friday (with the exception of holidays), within 72 hours of an order being placed. (However, we know how eager you are to receive your order, so we ship next day or even same day whenever possible.)
- Standard shipping will be via USPS or UPS.
- Once the item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for arrival.
- Once the package leaves our hands we have no control over the shipping and delivery.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office if a package is missing and tracking states that it was delivered.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
- Please email us at email@example.com if you would like to make a return. We are happy to work with you, but we cannot accept returns without prior approval.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in sellable condition, with no strong smells, stains, or other damage. All tags must be attached in their original manner. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return and will be donated or posted back at buyer’s expense.
- Items must be approved and postmarked for return within 14 days of delivery, no exceptions.
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed in 2-3 business days of receipt of the returned item.
- Please allow 5-10 business days following processing for the refund to show up in your account.
